Scholarship Search Besides the federal government, there are many other sources of financial aid. These sources include companies, civic and fraternal organizations, foundations and, of course, colleges and universities themselves. They may offer grants and scholarships, special loans, internships and work programs. Much of the aid is based on financial need. But much is not.
